In the year of 2011, we developed an extrusion process to produce profiles from polymer compounds containing significant amounts of liquid ingredients. Our materials, design and processing expertise was fundamental in assisting a major manufacturer of safety, cleaning, and maintenance supplies in the development of a new technology - a solid state fragrance system based on polymer diffusion.

The UltraScent™ brand was founded in the year of 2016 to further develop and commercialize unique products for the air care industry utilizing this state-of-the-art technology. Since its formation in 2016, UltraScent™ has grown to be a brand that offers air freshener products for the Commercial, Automotive, and Residential markets.

UltraScent Fragrance STIX feature a solid state fragrance system so there are no sprays or liquids that can spill or coat surfaces. Fragrance Stix are based on a flexible polymer embedded with various fragrances. They produce a customized metered amount of scent over a 30 day period that disperses via polymer diffusion. Mounted in inconspicuous locations on easy to apply self-adhesive brackets, the Fragrance Stix pop on and off without the use of any tools. It is the first ever odor control technology that allows for the system to be completely hidden from the user’s view to provide a customized, vandalism-free, pleasant experience throughout the entire restroom.

Based on a patented proprietary technology (solid state diffusion) the UltraScent Stealth Stix are the first single component car vent air fresheners.

Stealth Stix consist of a flexible polymer that features a self-contained fragrance system, so there are no sprays or liquids that can spill or coat surfaces. They slide right on to the car vent providing a long lasting pleasant scent. Due to their design and color they blend in with the car vents and they are practically invisible...thus their name STEALTH.
