We are also your source for die cut parts. Our niche is in the area of extruding narrow sheets of flexible thermoplastics, and die cutting various shapes out of them. We are able to extrude sheets from 0.010 to 0.50 inches thick. Additionally, we can die cut products from commercially available sheets and films of plastic, rubber, foam, and paper.

The Right Materials:

Our staff includes a Ph.D. Polymer Scientist with multiyear experience in materials, formulations, and structure property relationships of polymers. Selecting and manufacturing from the best available materials makes us more confident in the quality and reliability of every product we ship.

We extrude a number of materials including Thermoplastic Elastomers (Santoprene), ABS, Nylon, Polyurethane, Polyethylene, and Polypropylene.

We die cut almost every type of sheet and film made of plastic, rubber, foam, or paper. Trade names routinely used include Poron, Mylar, Lexan, Kydex, and others. Our die cut capabilities also entail bending, tape application, and other elaborate secondary procedures.​​​​​​​
